When my Father was teaching me to ride a bike, he used to hold on to the back seat and run beside me. Most people are familiar with this experience, he would let go at one point and I would fall over. At one point my Father let go and I kept riding a whole block until I looked down and realized my Father was not there for support, so I abruptly became unbalanced and fell over hard. The breakthrough though had been made and after a few more tries I was riding unaided. Later on, as a teenager, I got into BMX, I had a Mongoose bike with titanium forks and mag rims, I used to be able to wheely down the street with one hand on the handlebars for like a half mile without falling down. I gave up pushing the limits in BMX when I was jumping off 8-foot high railroad ties behind the Post office in town. The jump was like a mini ski jump, I was trying to keep up with the best BMX rider in town matching his tricks. One day, I jumped and flipped head over heels on the bike and landed on my Rump. I came away unscathed but I easily could have broken my neck and that would have been a wrap for this lifetime. I had the Fear of God instilled in me, I understood that day that I had limits to my ability. I listened to the warning rather than try to push past those limits. Becoming a professional BMX rider was never my goal, I just wanted friends and to be accepted by the Cool kids. Riding BMX although it was fun, was not part of my destiny. I accepted the fact that Dave was a much more skillful rider. I no longer needed to push the limits, because I understood my motivation was to obtain friends and not because I had the drive to become a great BMX rider. We tend to think of the Fear of God as a bad thing, that we did something wrong and we are getting punished. After a lifetime of experiencing the Fear of God over and over again, failing time after time to the point of absurdity. I have to come to realize that the Fear of God is a very good thing. The Fear of God is simply the removal of bad programming that causes us to make the very mistakes that ultimately destroy our lives. The wage of Sin is Death. What is Sin? Its behavior's that come with a cost or a price for the benefit, it's the snake eating its tail. Ultimately Sin is behavior that is motivated by Fear, drives that are buried deep within our genetic makeup. My goal at 26 was to understand the cause of Aging and overcome the limitations. The cause of Aging is Sin. The Fear of God is simply the process of removal of fears that are buried in our source code that is locked in the Delta state frequency zone. We need events that trigger these Fears to be surfaced, yet do not re-traumatize us or kill us. Here is a bible phrase that no one has attempted to adequately explain Rumours of War, "And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet". Mathew 24:6 (KJV) What is a Rumour of War? It's a simulated event that appears to be real where no one actually dies. Is there an example in the Bible? Yes, the sacrifice of Issac by Abraham. God lied to Abraham, digest that statement, God withheld the Truth from Abraham that he never intended Issac to die. The Living God's purpose was to create a psychological and emotional reaction in Abraham. Abraham had to BELIEVE he was going to kill his Son to create the spilt in his consciousness so he could BEGIN the process of learning the first law, "Thou shalt have no other gods before me"The sacrifice of Issac makes the living God appear to be a psychopath, but if you look at the event in context as a part of a much larger process of the restoration of Man back to the Garden of Eden. Melchizedek randomly met Abraham on the road and did a spontaneous ritual initiation of the breaking of the bread and the wine. The sacrifice of Issac by Abraham, BEGAN the process of reconnection of Mankind back to the living source of reality, The Tree of Life. You could also call the Tree of Life, the Tree of Pleasure. In order to experience unlimited pleasure you need to be innocent. Satan is a God of Pain, The living God is a God of Pleasure, when choice was created, Pain and Pleasure were made strange bedfellows. The Restoration is undoing of the strange bedfellows so we can what? Enjoy unlimited Pleasure without a cost. In the Declaration of Independence, we have an enigmatic phrase known as the Pursuit of Happiness or the Pursuit of Pleasure. We suffer because we are untying the link between pain and pleasure. We do not suffer for the sake of suffering, we suffer because we are breaking the connection to Death. There is a quantum entanglement between Pain and Pleasure that needs to be what? Disentangled, like when you tie your shoelaces together to tightly, that you now cannot untie them without a lot of effort. What would be the point of creating a Simulated event that triggers a large scale emotional trauma in the masses? To instill the Fear of God to release deep trauma within the collective of the human race. If you pour clean water into a liquid that has sediment and dirt, you need to keep pouring the water in, until the sediment is removed. As the sediment is removed, it feels like the sky is falling, the Chicken Little syndrome. The process of removing the sediment causes pain, sometimes physical pain, but also mental and emotional pain. Most people shut down when they feel pain, they close the heart and check out, it is not normal to intentionally face the pain and experience it on a deeper level, but this is where the process of Ascension occurs. We become more connected to the living source of Life as we come closer to the source, the pain in it's purest form is experienced as The Fear of God. The point of the Ascensionenergyprogram and specifically the Xcalibur machine is to provide the energy needed to initiate the process of the release of deep trauma. High-intensity magnetic fields that simulate the Earth's magnetic field create periods of incredible peace and bliss followed by periods where your consciousness will create events to trigger your own fears to surface so you can ascend. That is vibrate beyond the frequency of time out of the past future orientation of the mind into the center of your heart. I call it the Field of Dreams space, where Time stands still and you have all the Time in the world. As your heart opens into the face of resistance, the machines provide the energy to overcome the trigger points that would typically collapse our spirit where we would lose hope. Aging is fundamentally the loss of innocence as our hearts close down and we live in the world. We give up on the dreams that we had as children. The process of restoration is simply the heart opening because there is an energy source to draw from, as the trauma is processed out via rumours of war on a personal and on a collective scale. You could look at the Tribulations in the Bible during the restoration period, prior to the 7th day as Group therapy. The Tribulations restore us back as Real people with magic that create with love and spontaneity. We no longer live subject to the parasitic forces that controlled our minds and influenced our choices to stay stuck in repetitive patterns that make the movie Groundhound day seem just like the first installment of a 9 part Epic Series, spanning several decades. We have inherited tendencies from our family such as a predisposition for certain illnesses or diseases, we have deep ancestral trauma such as the Fall of Atlantis which is the true origin of Halloween and All Saints day. There is a deep fear in all humans from the period when the Giants walked the Earth and mated with Mankind. Pain and Pleasure were tied together with the Rape of Human females by the Nephilim, this is the true origin of the cycle of War and Peace. When deep trauma is triggered we often react out of proportion to an actual event. Ascension is the process of the integration of the shadow, only the shadow knows.. Power is relative to how well you know thyself. Yoda told Luke, leave the Lightsaber outside the cave before he walked in to fight his shadow. To become pure light, you need to see in the dark, become a friend with the unknown, walk fearlessly through the shadow of the valley of Death as the Psalm says. As we restore ourselves, events manifest in the same manner that we would experience real trauma, except that the event never materializes just the emotional reaction as a purging effect of the trauma out of our genetic code. A new program is being installed in us as we jettison the bad programming that causes us to drive off the road into a ditch for no apparent reason. To the degree that we can open up in the face of resistance, is the degree that we can experience Pleasure without the need for Pain. By following the True source of Life, we are increasing our capacity to experience Pure Pleasure, without falling off the Horse, there is a Prize at the end of the Rainbow. The end result of the whole process is that we now again interpret the world first from the internal state, rather than through external associations. I don't dismiss anything, nor do I buy into things on some auto-pilot program. The new age movement is contaminated by weak-willed individuals that believe we are on some auto-pilot program of Ascension. I treat Ascension the same way as in Pro Sports. It is all about results, if I am not getting visible results such as Age regression or development of magical abilities than I will keep looking for solutions in all areas from radionics to supplementation to intensive meditation. You cannot expect to ascend, if you are not a model for humanity. If you think making the Major Leagues is tough, imagine how tough ascension will be. Better to be over-prepared and crush your opponent 55-0, then lose by a touchdown, because you took things for granted. Most people take things at face value and do not use applied magic. Life is one big feedback loop; if you are not in top shape and ready to kick ass on the physical plane; why do you think you are ready for the next level?
Ascension is a function of mastering the physical plane; that is your health and wealth and then moving on to the esoteric and emotional. Most people do it backwards today. Conquer your life and then Christ will come....

You are about to enter into a highly volatile period, full of extraordinary potential, yet fraught with hazards.
In March of last year we indicated that your earth’s magnetic field was experiencing perturbations and a morphing, or changing of its configuration. Your science has now discovered that this is, in fact, a reality.
In its most simple terms, there is a breach in the magnetosphere, which surrounds earth, protecting it from solar winds. Such a breach is a naturally occurring cycle, but the breadth and magnitude of this opening is quite large. It is allowing, and will allow, large volumes of plasma from the sun to enter. This will increase magnetic storms, disruptions of telecommunications, disruptions in bio-electric circuitry (such as human nervous systems), and climate change. The results of this breach and the increased charging of the magnetosphere will increase over the next several years.
Our focus in this communication is not upon the negative impacts of this breach, but upon the positive effects it opens for those who are ready.
Your subtle energy body, which was known as the KA by ancient Egyptians and called the etheric body by Yogis, is highly sensitive to, and affected by, solar plasma. An increase in the flow and quality of solar streams increases the vibratory rate of the KA body. This is a very beneficial and auspicious opportunity for those who are consciously participating in their ascension process. Let us be precise by what we mean by the term ascension, because it has many different connotations and ways of being viewed.
By ascension we simply mean a movement upward in consciousness. You do not “go” anywhere. You do not “leave” anywhere. But your perspective, your perception, is radically altered. You begin to see through the maya, or the illusion of this world, which is created through the dance of subatomic particles and into a configuration of what you call matter. Through the ascension process you realize that you are the creator of your experience of that which you call “the world.” It does not mean that you leave this world, but it does mean that you have transcended it–while still being a part of it–for you see through the lens of perception that life is a movie that you are projecting.
One could say that you are at a crossroads. As the solar streams enter into your magnetosphere, the KA bodies of all humans will increase in vibration. But for some, this will lead to disturbances and dissolution, while for others it will lead to ascension–a movement upward in consciousness.
This communication is specifically for those individuals who have chosen the upward spiral. Your challenge in these times is to allow the activation of your KA body to move you upward, even as many around you seem to be spiraling downward. It is, essentially, a question of vibration, joined with expectation and belief. It is the union of these three that births the creative impulse for a new destiny.
What do we mean by this?
It takes tremendous energy to transcend or transmute a negative condition or a limitation that has been placed upon one. You have been collectively hypnotized into a view of reality that is fixed, confined, limiting, and nothing short of imprisonment. When one sees through the lies and the manipulations, the old world does not look the same and yet the perception of the lies does not free one from them. They have a life of their own and a tendency to continue. It takes new energy–an increased vibratory rate–to overcome the lethargy and inertia that are intrinsic to your cultural limitations. This is the gift of the solar streams–the solar plasma that is flowing and will flow in greater quantities into your magnetosphere–for they will increase the vibratory rate of your KA body.
But here is the “cross-hair,” shall we say, in “the sight” of your destiny. For those of you who accept, or at least are beginning to see through the lies of limitation that have been imposed upon you and have made a choice to move upward into the ascension process, this activation of the KA body is a beautiful, exquisite miracle to behold, for your life will be graced with the power to transcend your own limitations in ways that have not been available to you before. It shall be as if the cosmos itself is joining you in the dance of your freedom.
But for those who do not choose to live upward in consciousness–who choose to remain imprisoned by the limitations, who seek to blame others for their misfortune, who choose to find scapegoats for their lack of happiness, for those who insist upon living the old world of conflict–this increased vibration of their KA body will not be a blessing; it will be experienced as a curse. Because they will have to work very hard to keep things the way they are.
The fabric of your old realities is being unwound at the same time that new realities are being woven. This is, indeed, an odd state. And what we wish to convey most clearly is that you have the innate power and ability to weave new realities for yourself, new freedoms of mind and spirit, regardless of what is happening around you.
From our perspective, we see this situation escalating over the next several years, and we would characterize it as a dual state in which many of you will ascend, meaning moving upward, while others will move into dissolution, a falling apart. This is, essentially, based upon a personal choice.
This is a very important point, to us, and we wish to convey it with as much clarity as possible. Each of you has the response-ability to choose the thoughts and the creations you desire. Some of you will choose freedom–because you cannot stand being contained any longer–the lies are simply too great a burden to perpetuate. Others of you will choose imprisonment–for the fear of freedom and the responsibility for personal choice is too much to bear.
This is a split in the road of evolution.
As your realities simultaneously dissolve and re-create themselves, and by that we refer to the economic challenges you are facing and the ecological and social challenges you are facing, some of you may experience very difficult times. But never lose sight of the fact that you are the creator of your life, and you can re-create it at any moment, regardless of the circumstances. Those who manipulate you do so through fear and perpetuation of cultural limitations–the belief that your life is dependent upon certain external factors.
What you will discover in the ascension process is that these external factors are actually projections from your own deepest consciousness. They are flickers on a movie screen, and you can change them in mind-bending quickness when you change them from the source rather than the effect, and the source is your very mind itself. The mystery of how this occurs reveals itself to you in the ascension process, as naturally as an orchid opening its blossoms. It is imbedded in nature itself, and this knowledge is self-revealing as you enter the path upward. We have said in previous communications that one of the keys is what you call appreciation or gratitude. These states of emotion are a signature and an expression of the creative powers you possess. What we mean by this will be clear to you as you move into the ascension process.
In future communications we intend to discuss the interdimensional physics of appreciation and how it affects your external reality. But in this communication we wish to give you a tool we feel will assist you in this period over the next several years, as the solar streams enter the magnetosphere and begin to stimulate your KA bodies.
There are a few fundamental points we wish to impart before we give the technique.
The first fundamental is that you must have made the choice to move upward in consciousness for this technique to work. The intention by which you hold your KA imparts the outcome.
The second point is that you need to be in the emotional state of appreciation when you do this method, because appreciation is the signature for this kind of creation.
The third point is that this is based upon a connection between the KA–your etheric body–and a higher aspect of yourself, dimensionally speaking, that was known as the BA by the ancient Egyptians. The BA resides in a place of consciousness that is outside time and space, as you construct it.
It’s entry point is at a place above the head where your hands would meet were you to raise your hands together and touch them above your head. This interdimensional aspect of your self, the BA, is highly receptive to appreciation. And it is from the BA that you receive the energetic that strengthens the KA and prepares it for the influx of the solar streams.
We call this method the Holon of Ascension. Like the two previous Holons we have given, the Holon of Balance and the Holon of Healing, it is based upon a specific geometric form. Geometry compels energy and specific geometries compel energy to flow in specific ways.
This particular Holon is based upon a disc. It is much like a top, if you played with such toys as a child. You place yourself inside this disc. The top of the disc corresponds with the location of the BA, where your two hands would touch were you to extend them above your head. The lower part of the disc is the base of your spine if you were to sit cross-legged. If you do this standing or sitting in a chair, then your feet would be at the base of the disc. The center line that goes through the top of the head, through your body, and through the perineum is the central axis of the disc.
In your imagination, you spin the disc around the central axis. For most people the natural direction would be to spin it to the right, but it can be to the left–which ever feels right to you is the correct direction. The size or diameter of the disc is immaterial. You can make it as large or as small as you wish. The color of the disc also does not matter, but if you are a visual person, then we suggest experimenting with making the disc white. This movement of the disc in the imaginal world… the world of your imagination…creates a vortex.
Once you start the disc to spin, your attention goes to the BA above your head and you send appreciation to the BA–the feeling of appreciation. There will be response of some kind from the celestial soul, the BA.
At this point you move your awareness to the base of your spine, to the root chakra, as this is the ground that pulls the celestial energy into the KA body. Then, for the next five to ten minutes, you simply reside inside the disc, allowing it to spin with your awareness at your BA and at the base of your spine. There will be a flow of energy from the BA into the physical body and down to the base of the spine. At times it will be a very light sensation. At other times it will be like a laser light or a column of fire or a stream. It may take many forms.
And as this energy descends from the BA into the base of the spine, it radiates into the KA body, energizing it. You can do this as many times as you wish. We suggest at least once a day. There is a caution: if you practice this too often, or for too long a period of time, you can experience a healing reaction. This is caused by the celestial energies flowing from the KA into the physical organs of the body and causing them to release negativity, toxins and other negative material that constrains their life force. As the KA body becomes more energized over a period of time, it will be able to incorporate the solarized particles from the solar stream and this will greatly accelerate your ascension.
This is the basic method. And as we suggested, once a day, five to ten minutes is all that is required, so long as your intention is clearly to move upward in consciousness.
We now wish to turn our attention to planetary service and to an energetic release we are calling The Great Triad.
The first weekend of April (April 3-5, 2009) we are calling a gathering in Seattle, Washington in which we will utilize the Holon we have just discussed and in connection with the three sound temples that we established physically in New Mexico, Costa Rica and Nepal. The union of these three shall be for the purpose of increasing the light of illumination.
Before this event, some time in mid-March, we will release another posting, another Planetary Message, with instructions for those who are not able to join us physically in Seattle. These instructions will allow those persons who cannot join us physically, to join us energetically and participate in this action of planetary service.
From the standpoint of the Egyptian mythos and initiatory knowledge, your civilization is in the Initiation of the Anmit, which is essentially a passage from the pursuit of power, into love, and the higher realizations that come from the higher chakras. It is a struggle between those who wish to perpetuate a world of conflict, as a stage whereby they can attain and sustain power, and those who wish to live a life of cooperation–understanding that all life is interconnected.
The purpose of this gathering shall be two-fold: to impart a greater mastery of the Holon we have discussed and how to utilize the solar streams for personal ascension; and to release into the earth’s emotional atmosphere a spiritual illumination that will benefit all life and add to the side of the scale that leads to cooperation over conflict.

The Art of Jumping Time Lines Hathors Pt3 Tom Kenyon

The Convergence of Timelines and the Alteration of Probabilities
Let us now turn our attention to the primary reason for this communication. Everything we have said up to this point is background and suggestions for the training of your own consciousness to jump timelines.
But now we turn our attention to two highly significant timelines that exist independently of your creation. They are of a different order of existence. They are not created out of your personal choice. And they exist in diametric opposition to each other.
You exist, as we have said on numerous occasions, in multiple timelines and probabilities simultaneously. One of the timelines you and humanity are living in at this moment is a fulfilling of the prophecies of doom and planetary destruction. This is a very real timeline. But, this is only one possible timeline. You are at a convergence point, a time node, where it is possible to jump from the doomsday probabilities into a new type of Earth and a new order of existence.
This timeline, which we call the New Earth, is a very different dimension of experience than your current reality. In this timeline, Earth is deeply honored and held in gratitude by the bulk of humanity, which understands and appreciates the truth that all life is interconnected.
Here, Earth is not ravaged and exploited for the sake of profit—at the detriment of her very ecosystem. Technologies have been transformed through the elevation of human consciousness. Gone are the life-threatening technologies and life damaging mindsets of your current era. Wars are a thing of the past. The Controllers who exerted negative forces upon your destiny through their manipulation of religion, economics and international affairs have relinquished their power. Life itself is held as sacred, and a new understanding of the sacredness of matter is embraced by humanity. There is no war between Heaven and Earth in this new world.
There are more things that we could say about this timeline, but you have a sense, we hope, of the difference between this timeline and the other that ultimately leads to doom and destruction.
There is one more thing we wish to say about this timeline of the New Earth. It is an attribute that we particularly appreciate. In this new timeline, the veils between the worlds are thin, and there is greater interaction between humans and intergalactic beings—such as ourselves—and with what you might call the devic and spirit worlds.
It is here that we must say it is not our intention to sway you, for we believe in non-intervention. We will not interfere with your free will. However, we are free to point out to you what we see.
In ancient Egypt there was a goddess called Maat, who held a set of scales, and upon death the heart of an Initiate would be placed upon the scales, and a feather would be placed on the other side. If the heart was as light as a feather the Initiate would be given entrance to the heavenly worlds—meaning higher states of consciousness. But if the heart was laden with negativity, regret, and sorrow, the Initiate would have to return to the lower worlds.
In a very real way humanity is at its meeting point with Maat. Every person who believes in the timeline of doom, destruction and horror will add to its reality. Everyone who holds as real the timeline of the New Earth will add to its reality.
You are not powerless in this situation. You hold in your very nature the power of radical change for yourself and the planet—especially for humanity. If you feel a resonance with this timeline of the New Earth, and if you choose to live in this new order of being, you will be adding your weight, so to speak, and helping to tip the scales.
We wish to say something we said earlier, for it is of vital importance. It is possible to live in heaven while those around you live in torment. This has little to do with your location in time and space, but more to do with your vibrational state.
If you feel the truth of what we are saying and choose to align with this New Earth, we welcome you to a new timeline and a new destiny.
Our suggestion is to go over the steps of how to jump timelines we gave earlier, and to begin the grand experiment. Enter the timeline of the New Earth and prepare yourself for the miraculous.
Finally—let the Earth speak to you. Let her caress you and transfer to you her deepest knowledge and wisdom. She shall be a great ally in the coming changes.
We shall give further information about jumping timelines and the New Earth in future communications. But for now, we hope you have a basic understanding of how to proceed.
As always, even in the midst of such great difficulties as you now face, we hold a higher vision for you, the human family. We see your hidden greatness, even though you may not see it yourself. We hold a light in this hour of darkness. It is just a reminder of the great light you hold within yourself. It is time to free this light within you. Future generations will be blessed by your ascent. May it be so.

Ascension
The ascension process, from our perspective, involves the energizing of your second body, your KA, and its elevation in vibration so that it emits more light, eventually becoming the SAHU, the Immortal Energy Body. There are many ways to raise the vibration of one’s KA. Most of your spiritual traditions have their own methods for raising your vibration, unfortunately, many of them are also riddled with dogma, taboos, and quite honestly, interference patterns from thought-forms placed by those who did not and do not desire your freedom, but who profit by your imprisonment.
And, yes, it is sad to say that some of your spiritual traditions—and especially your religions—are insidious traps, and if you are to rise upward in the ascension of your own being, you must separate truth from falsehood. Only you can undertake this task, for it is one of the necessities of mastery. This is a line in the sand of consciousness itself for those who have chosen the ascension of their own being. They become masters of truth and do not step aside from ferreting out falsehood from reality. They are not slaves to dogma. They bow to no one but their own divinity.
From an energetic standpoint, the ascension process begins when your life force, called Sekhem by the ancient Egyptians, begins its ascent up the Djed, or sacred pathway of the chakras. This is ascension in its simplest form. It is the expansion of consciousness and awareness. As your life force enters your higher brain centers and as your KA body becomes energized, you enter another phase of ascension. At this phase, you begin to metabolize light itself. By light we refer to spiritual light, a light that exists in the spiritual realms. This light feeds the KA body and increases its vibration. When the KA body reaches a certain amplitude, or strength of vibration, without wavering, it ignites with a type of etheric fire, turning it into the SAHU, or Immortal Energy Body. This could be viewed as one of the final stages of this particular form of ascension. But what we wish to make very clear is that any movement upward in consciousness and movement of life force up the djed, regardless of the method used, is part of the ascension process.
We wish now to discuss some basic concepts and training strategies that will impart a basic method for jumping timelines. We will then turn our attention to how you can create a new probability for yourself, even in the midst of what appears to be great difficulty. And most importantly, we will explore a significant evolutionary opportunity that exists within your current time node.
One of the first tasks facing you if you are to jump into a different timeline is the transcendence of fear. Most humans fear the unknown, but there is a much more insidious element involved here. The Controllers, those who wish to control your destiny and profit by it, are masters of the projection of fear and they are using vast resources of mind control and hypnosis through the media to convince the masses that there is much to fear. And while there is, quite frankly, some truth to there being reasons for fear, the higher truth is not being revealed.
The higher truth, as we view it, is your capacity to change your reality, your innate ability to use the two treasures of your sovereign will and your capacity to feel as a means to navigate into new timelines. Let us be specific here.
As we mentioned earlier, the type of ascension we are speaking about begins with the simple movement of your life force up the djed, or spine, into your higher brain centers. As this takes place, the energy wheels within your KA body, called chakras, become activated in new ways. This opens windows of new possibilities, and new insights, new forms of inspiration and creativity blossom. But if consciousness is locked into fear, it becomes imprisoned by the lower centers, the impulses for survival, sex, and power.
For various historical and trans-historical reasons, as we alluded to earlier, there has been and continues to be, a collusion to keep humanity locked into the lower centers, to perpetuate fear as a means to control destiny. Thus for any master who chooses the upward path, one of the first hurdles to pass through is the Valley of Fear—the projected thought forms of one’s culture. You must then pass through the portals of limitation that would confine you, to recognize the lies that have been perpetuated, even by some of your most sacred religions.
But let us say that you have the courage and fortitude to undertake such a passage, and let us say, for the sake of example, that the timeline you wish to live in is one of benevolence: loving kindness. Here is how you would do this, remembering that the same principal applies to any timeline you wish to create for yourself.
Preparation and Training
The first step is to identify the timeline you wish to create, that you wish to live in. In this case it is a timeline of loving kindness. The second step is to move into the vibrational state that matches the timeline. In this case, it is the feeling state of loving kindness, so you would, yourself, reside in this state as much as you are capable of. By this we mean you would exhibit loving kindness to others and to yourself.
The third step is locking in the vibrational field, so it does not waver. This is an important aspect of jumping timelines because the old vibrational state has a life of its own. Just because you have chosen to create a new timeline and have stepped into a vibrational state that matches the timeline, is not a guarantee that the timeline will manifest or continue. You must lock the vibrational field in place, for this is what sustains your access to the new timeline.
The first two steps involve your sovereign will. You choose a timeline you want to experience. You choose a vibrational state that matches the timeline. And in the third step—locking in the vibrational state—you use the second treasure of your nature: your capacity to feel.
By feeling the vibrational state you wish to be in, you amplify it; you strengthen it. And if you also include a coherent emotional state such as appreciation or gratitude for the vibrational reality, you will hasten its birth.
This simple act of appreciating, or feeling gratitude, for the new timeline catalyzes its reality in ways that boggle the mind. So it is that the two treasures of your nature are joined together in these three steps. The next step requires your sovereign will again. You must persevere, to hold the vision of the new timeline and the vibrational state, regardless of what your senses are telling you. This is the passage where many fail.
The manifesting of a new timeline into your three-dimensional reality requires accumulated energy. If you persist in holding the vision of the new timeline, with the vibrational field (or feeling of it), along with gratitude for it already existing, you will accumulate energy.
The task here is to be true to your vision while paying attention to what the current reality is showing you. It is not about pretending. It is about facing reality as it presents itself to you while simultaneously holding a higher vision. In other words, you deal with the reality of your life while simultaneously holding the vision of a different life. This is the art.
Using our example, if you desire to create a life with more loving kindness, you would move into that vibrational state by exhibiting loving kindness to others. If you were able to also feel gratitude for this vibrational state, it would accelerate the creation of the new timeline.
In reality, there will be a period when you will recognize that not everyone is capable of loving kindness, nor of receiving it for that matter. Your vision will then be refined by the realities of life, and this maturation of your consciousness will take place naturally, as you deal with the realities of your current timeline along with the emergence of your new timeline.
One result from this way of proceeding is that you will become a master of loving kindness and a master in dealing with those who cannot express such vibrational states. Eventually you will experience a life of more loving kindness, where more people express that quality to you and you to them. And when you encounter someone unable to express this quality, you will be more able to deal with him or her without losing this quality in yourself.
Thus would you seed the new timeline and new reality for yourself.
Let us now return to the collective timeline.
As we said earlier time nodes are juncture points where multiple timelines converge, and you can jump from one to the other if you understand how it is done. We just explained the basic principal as it applies to individual timelines. Now let’s discuss how you can jump to a different timeline than that of any given collective.
As paradoxical as it may seem it is quite possible to live a separate timeline, having a different experience of life than those around you.
Let us say that again another way. It is possible to live in heaven while others are living in torment. At the deepest levels of consciousness it is simply a matter of choice.
We do recognize that you have been, and are continuing to be, manipulated by forces that desire to keep you imprisoned. But our choice in this communication is to give you keys to jump out of that imprisonment, not dwelling on the history of it, or the identities of those involved. For, in truth, the true Controllers are unseen by you. They are the Puppet Masters.
As chaotic events escalate you will have many opportunities to jump timelines. Our suggestion is to remember the steps we discussed earlier. You might experiment with this method by choosing to conduct an experiment. Choose something that you would like to unfold as a reality in your life and using the steps we discussed, see what you can create.
Physical and Spiritual Survival
Our essential reason for imparting this message involves something of greater consequence than creating personal desires. This “something” literally has to do with your survival, both physically and spiritually.
As chaotic events escalate, your powers of intuition will be more important to you than ever before.
Some people call them “hunches.” Without knowing how you know, you suddenly know what to do in a situation.
This is how intuition works. In these moments of intuition you are at a juncture point—a time node—where you can jump into a different timeline and a different outcome.
This increase of intuitive receptivity is one of the hallmarks of personal ascension, or the movement upward in consciousness. A more developed intuition has obvious physical survival benefits.
A moment ago we said something that may be paradoxical to some individuals. We said that the ability to jump timelines had both physical and spiritual survival benefits.
What we meant here is that the ability to jump a timeline into a different outcome can result in physical survival in certain situations. By spiritual survival, we mean that there are threats to your spiritual awakening. If you lose track of your own truth, if you lose the two treasures that you possess in your nature—your sovereign will and your capacity to feel—then you are spiritually in danger. Do not lose sight of these treasures in yourself. As chaotic events increase, and they shall—for this is the birthing of a new world—the Controllers will increase their efforts. Be leery of mind-control and of any thought form that limits your sovereign will and your ability to feel, regardless of its origins—even if it comes from one of your “sacred” religions.
Any thought form, no matter how dressed up in sacred garb or political correctness that would limit your sovereign will to choose or your capacity to feel should be avoided. This is a vital necessity for those of you who wish to survive this passage spiritually intact.

Two steps forward, one step back. Traditionally this has been the path to raising your base frequency. Each action has an effect to either lower or raise one's vibration. If one lives in a negative environment, one is constantly being bombarded with negativity that is virtually impossible to counter-act. The Ascension Process is happening Now.

This is another brief explanation of the Ascension process. Overcoming dis-belief is the essence of spiritual evolvement. Is it a nice goal to not actually have to die? I think the founders may have known this when they encoded the pursuit of happiness in the Declaration of Independence.

Reality as we know it is about to ascend, evolve, 0r return to its natural state of light. This is about shedding the physical body, in the alchemy of time of consciousness, as stated in all of the prophecies since the beginning of our biogenetic linear time experiment. The dream is ending , the wake-up calls heard by the souls around the world.

In the theory of ascension, it is assumed that humans are composed of seven energetic or subtle bodies - physical, etheric, astral, causal, mental, celestial, and Christ consciousness. Consciousness at the physical level vibrates at the lowest frequency, and each of the successive bodies exists at higher frequencies, following the color of the rainbow, hence the rainbow bridge of consciousness. Subtle bodies are related to the seven main chakras, which correspond with specific endocrine glands.

Ascension is described as consciously increasing the vibratory rate of the physical and other bodies to the Christ level. Stories describe the physical body losing its definition, diffusing, then finally resembling a star imploding or exploding.

People who have raised their bodies through ascension are fully in command of the physical realm, capable of decelerating their vibratory rate to appear any way they desire, including moving about freely on Earth. Thus, ascension is seen as an alternative to death.

Some relegate ascension to pseudoscience, myth and metaphor, but that is the nature of our reality, while others maintain the process of ascension is as natural as human evolution. Reality as myth, math, and metaphor act to manifest messages through illusion. When you adjust your frequency, you will understand.
